Yes, all guests must be 21 years of age or older on 12/31/23 to attend.
All guests will be allowed to move freely in participating venues if the venue is not at capacity, with limitations being designated VIP areas.

It's New Year's Eve so dress to impress! We encourage business casual to formal attire. Please note that Fourth Street Live! does have a code of conduct that all guests need to abide by.
Yes. Coat check is included in all VIP packages and will be available for a cash charge for those who did not purchase a VIP package.
If at any point our staff feels as though you should no longer be served, we hold the right to refuse service.
Luckily, there are more than 6,000 parking spaces within two blocks of Fourth Street Live!, with the most convenient being our very own garage located on Fifth Street between Muhammad Ali Blvd and Liberty Street. Additional parking is offered at the Seelbach Garage, Hyatt Garage, and Starks Garage.
There are several hotels nearby. The hotels within closest proximity are: Seelbach Hilton, Hyatt Regency, Omni, Louisville Marriott Downtown, Embassy Suites Downtown and Hilton Garden Inn Downtown.
No, the event is open to the public. Although, some venues or areas may be restricted to those who purchase a VIP ticket or have a cover.
